Pilates is an excellent form of exercise which can complement other form s of fitness and sports nicely or keep us mobile and feeling our best self. Just some of the things we work on in a class - balance, strength, stability, functional movement, relaxation, concentration and breath.
Pilates classes in Englefield Green and on Zoom - New term starts April 8th
Monday 9 am - Zoom - spaces
Monday 7 pm - Pilates for strength - 2 spaces
Wednesday 7 pm - Pilates - 1 Space
Friday 9 am - Pilates - 1 space
Saturday 9 am - FULL
