Even though it was a warm night, they managed to get through to the end of class. We worked on our 10 basic foot movement for receiving an attack. The initial movement is so fundamental in improving confidence, explosiveness and absorption. Always have fundamentals in mind when training.

Nice to have Zining back on the mat with us. It would be great if one day we manage to get a photo of all of our members...

I would like to thank Stuart Lovering sensei for teaching at our course today. Great to have him down and I plan to have more courses with him in the future.

I would also like to thank everyone who came today. You made the course a fun environment but also one of hard work and commitment to training.

Remember to bring plenty to drink with you for our course today (Sunday 26th April). Looks like it could be a warm day. Please also remember to bring lunch. There are no vending facilities in the dojo premises.
