📣 Introducing: The Weekly Active Sport Round Up

Starting this week, we’re launching something new to keep everyone across what’s happening throughout the company.

Every Monday, we’ll be sharing the Active Sport Weekly Round Up – a look back at the week just gone and what each area of the business has been up to.

This post is our very first Weekly Round Up, covering everything that took place last week across the company.

You’ll see updates from across the different areas of Active Sport, including:

⚽ Active Soccer – sessions, programmes and activity delivered during the week🏃 Active Sport – work happening across schools and sessions💪 XT Club – updates from clubs and participation🎓 EIP – news from our education and intervention programmes🎉 Special Events – any events, tournaments or one-off activities that have taken place

The aim is simple: to keep everyone connected and informed about what’s happening across the whole organisation each week.

From session delivery and new schools to programme updates and upcoming plans, the Weekly Active Sport Round Up will give you a clear snapshot of the week across all departments.

🐣✨ The Easter 2 in 1 XT Camp Timetable is LIVE! ✨🐣

We’re excited to officially announce our Easter Camp timetable — and it’s packed with variety!

This Easter, children can personalise their days more than ever before. In each 1 hour 30 minute session, they’ll choose how they want to take part:

⚽ Stick to one sport or activity for the full 1 hour 30 minutes
OR
🔥 Split their session into two different activities (2 x 45 minutes)

They can choose from a creative option, group activity, or a sport — mixing and matching to build their perfect day.

Here’s what that means:
🙌 Up to 3 sessions per day
⚡ Up to 6 different activities in one day
🏆 Up to 24 sports & activities across the full Easter week

🥊 Special Tuesday Feature!
We’ve brought in Egham Boxing to deliver exciting boxing sessions — teaching real boxing skills, technique, and building confidence in a fun and safe environment.

🐰 Easter Egg Hunt Alert!
In Week 1 (Wednesday afternoon) and Week 2 (Thursday afternoon) we’ll be holding a massive Easter Egg Hunt for all the children to enjoy!

From high-energy sports and team games to creative crafts and engaging group challenges — there’s something for everyone, every single day.

🐣🌸 Something NEW is coming to XT Camp this Easter… and we’re so excited to share it with you! 🌸🐣

This Easter at Manorcroft School, we’re launching something a little different… our very first 2 in 1 XT Camp – Child’s Choice Edition! 🎉

This is a big change from our usual camps, and we can’t wait for you and your child to experience it with us 💛

📅 Week 1: March 30th – April 2nd
📅 Week 2: April 7th – April 10th

For the first time ever, your child will be in control of their day! 🙌

They can choose between:
🎨 Creative activities
🤝 Group activities
⚽ Sports activities

And the best part? They can change their choice throughout the day!

Each child will take part in a minimum of 3 activity sessions and up to 6 activities per day, with loads of different creative activities, sports and games to enjoy 🏀🏃‍♂️🎯

👀We will be releasing our two week timetable very soon so keep an eye out for this.

We’ve created this camp to give your child more freedom, more fun, and more opportunities to try new things — while still being part of our amazing XT and Active Sport community 💫

❗️Remember we are also a registered Club 4 provider and so HAF places are available on our Easter camps, please log in to your Club4 portal to book your place.

🕘We have also extended our day with no extra charge so we offer More Fun for Better Value.

16 years and sadly it’s time for a change!! Keep any eye out for the new active soccer sessions coming soon.

Myself and Leon want to put out a heartfelt thank you to all the families over the past 16 years that have trusted us to fill their child’s days with fun and engaging football and we hope to see you on the next chapter of the journey.
