One-To-One Boxing for fitness sessions available!
Whether you choose 45 minutes or a full hour, these sessions will offer you the opportunity to work with me on a 1-2-1 basis.
You'll learn the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, movement, and basic technique to give you the ultimate pad work experience.
All sessions are tailored to your level, whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills and improve fitness.

We start with a warm up, including mobility work to get you moving properly. From there, I break down the fundamentals, jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts, so you can learn to throw each punch with the right technique and confidence.
We will cover boxing combinations rounds to develop your technical skills, alongside conditioning rounds designed to seriously improve your fitness.
There's also a focus on core and leg strength rounds, helping you become more powerful, stable, and well rounded, with 3 minute rounds at the end to bring everything together and smash calories!
