What's your fitness goals at the minute? It really does help to have something to work towards - I started the month at 20 secs plank and did 1:58 on Saturday...

I have Monday and Friday boxing classes at 6pm if you'd like to join me! Mondays at OTC and Fridays at ND Fitness.
