It was a fantastic syllabus course and 2 gradings in ONE weekend. We're all very sore but we would definitely do it again!

Thanks again to Sensei Claire, Sensei Paul and Sensei Eric for sparing the time for us in Scotland. We hope to see you all soon!

With grading season coming up, it's important to remember how to tie our belts correctly. Make sure the ends are even, and any mons that you have earned are on your right-hand side. Your jiu jitsu badge should be on your right shoulder, and any other brand logos should be taken off your gi and belt entirely.

Good luck to everyone grading in the next couple of weeks and enjoying the motivational memes that are coming your way. 😄😄
