This is 👏

Julie joined Diamond Fitness in December 2024. She works shifts (including nightshifts) so attends between 1-3 classes most weeks.

It’s been a real pleasure to watch Julie first of all, learn how to enjoy looking after herself, and to see her enjoying working out week in week out.

She does not shy away from hard work in classes, always selecting heavier weights where appropriate and pushing herself during every drill, every challenge, in all the classes she comes to.

Tracks her calories, gets her steps in, doesn’t deprive herself or make life miserable.

Shes just “got it” and she’s thriving from this new, life changing results she has more than deserved.

Thank you for always being so friendly and welcoming to everyone that comes to classes. Thank you for being such an inspiration to other members! 🙏

86.2 lbs lost!
Over 6 stone in 14 months!

She’s averaged between 1 and 3 lbs of weight loss every week which is so sustainable and realistic 👏👏👏

We started PT 4 weeks ago and she’s already on target to hit the next goal which was 7 lbs off in 5 weeks with PT.

Shes unstoppable at the moment and we are now 6kg away from her end goal. I have no doubt she can and will achieve this 👏
