Hello Zumba ladies, I have been to get my ankle checked at the hospital (as it’s still sore and a bit swollen) and thankfully nothing is broken/fractured! But as it is ligament damage I have been advised not to do classes for 2-3 weeks!! 😢😢 I am really sorry, I hope to get back to class as soon as I can xoxoxo

Zumba ladies, I am sorry but again NO CLASS tomorrow! My ankle is a lot better, still slightly swollen, but I think it wise to leave classes this week, to make sure of a better recovery!! I am missing you terribly, but I am looking forward to seeing you for a boogie next Tues 12th March!!!
