Sponsored event- 24hr cycle challenge for 5 of our athletes selected to compete at the Commonwealth Karate games in South Africa, Durban 🇿🇦 this year. Two riders will cycle for 30mins rotation for 24hrs on the 19th october. After being a Personal Trainer here since the day we opened our doors, he has now taken the step into management and hit the ground running this week with building great relationships with our local businesses at Fort Kinnaird Retail Park.
