What a brilliant time we had on Saturday! 🎉✨

We headed out for delicious Indian food first 🥘🤤, then took the fun over to Flight Club for plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and great vibes 🎯🍻.

It was exactly what we’re all about – Strong in Community 💪🧡. Getting together, connecting, and making memories is what makes TRX Edinburgh so special.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a great night! Can’t wait for the next one 🚀🔥

This morning’s walk around Blackford Hill after our Blackford Pond TRX class was a reminder of how lucky we are in Edinburgh.

One of the best things about training here is that the walk literally starts where the class finishes. Within minutes you can go from outdoor strength training beside the pond to climbing paths with panoramic views across the city, woodland trails, open hills, wildlife, and fresh air all around you.

It’s amazing to have such a diverse walk right in the middle of a city. One minute you’re surrounded by nature and birdsong, the next you’re looking out over Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat, and the skyline.

This is what outdoor fitness is all about — movement, community, fresh air, and appreciating what’s right on our doorstep.

Edinburgh really is one of the best cities in the world for staying active outdoors.

Mondays take on a new shape, from 27th April. The 1800 class is now changing to classes at 1745 and 1845.

Starting with an Indian at Kahani, we’re then heading back to Flight Club for round two, after the last one was such a hit! Expect plenty of laughs, good vibes, and a bit of friendly competition… no darts skills required 😄

Not entirely finished the designs and spacing yet but hopefully a good choice of sizes, colours and slogans will be available. Not looking to make profit on these, so will be making them very affordable.

Start your weekend the right way with our Saturday TRX class — fresh air, good vibes, and just enough shaking legs to remind you you’ve worked hard 😅

Then later on… we swap TRX straps for race slips at our Grand National social meetup 🏇

Don’t worry — the only thing getting worked hard after class is your ability to pick a winner… and let’s be honest, that’s usually harder than the workout 🤣
