Small running group for adult beginners and refreshers, a great way to Get Running. We'll coach you with a variety of training sessions tailored to your ability. You choose which sessions you can attend, no time limit. Meet Ravelston Park, EH4 3RU, playground end. Monday's and Wednesday 9.30am and Monday 6.30pm. Mon 3rd Aug 9.30am meeting at Davidson mains park for the cone session.
Not sure if East Barnton Gardens is open by the reconfigured (waste of time!) roundabout. If it’s closed continue on past Tesco and turn 1st left into Barnton Ave, then 2nd left into East Barnton Gardens (as if you’re going to Royal High School).
Let me know who’s able to come. X

Wed 29th July 9.30am meeting Cramond car park (down from the Kirk and next to Cramond Inn). We’ll do 1km tempo reps. Judith will have her car at March Road post box at 9.20am for anyone who needs a lift (me and Rhona!) . Let us know who’s able to come and where you’re meeting us. Thanks x

Monday 20th July we’ll head to Brae Park Road and park in the wee car park next to horses. We’ll be doing the Cammo trail run.
I’ll be taking my car and can pick runners up at March Road/Craigcrook road Post box at 9.20am. Let me know who’s able to make it and who’d like a lift. Thanks Pam x
