Friends! I have a couple of spaces in my Zoom classes on Tuesdays at 8:30pm. These are hour long mat classes and are probably most suited to those who have some knowledge/prior experience of pilates practice but it is not essential. Please PM if you are interested and would like some more information. Drop-ins are welcome. 🤙

Happy Festive Season everyone! 🎄🍾 🥳The studio at Out of the Blue has a new name!! It's now called "Mind Body Midlothian - Leith Studio" and a new block of classes will be starting on the 20th of January.
