Not the start we hoped for. A harsh reminder to the team that the game goes to the final whistle and not just 90 mins. 1 up at HT which was probably deserved. 2 half a very dominant performance and in all honesty we should’ve been 5 up and away up the road with the points. But……but in added we switched off and conceded 2 absolutely atrocious goals. Credit to villa though for not giving up and taking advantage.

Unfortunately the season ends in loss. Although we played and caused problems, unfortunately 3 mistakes cost us. In what looked like a promising season ended up disappointing the squad changing so many times so much so only 3 players from the first game of season played in the last. Pretty much sums up the season that stat. Week or 2 off then we look on to prepare for next season.
