It’s a common question, particularly if you have a coil and no longer have periods.
If you’re over 45, symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, forgetfulness and increasing fatigue may indicate the menopause transition.

If you still have periods, changes in cycle length or flow can also be a clue.
But menopause can happen earlier, so age alone does not rule it out.
Scientific facts, not fads.

If you’re unsure what your symptoms mean, getting the right information is the first step.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of presenting Busting Menopause Myths at No Ties Networking.

It was great to see how many questions the topic sparked and to have some really interesting conversations afterwards.

We talked about the impact of menopause on women, but also the impact on partners and families.

We discussed the personal and economic impact of menopause and why employers have so much to gain from supporting people through menopause, neurodiversity and different ways of working.

When people understand what is happening and are supported to work to their strengths, everyone benefits.

When someone is struggling with poor sleep, anxiety, low mood or feeling unlike themselves, it can impact the whole household.

Partners are often unsure how to help because they do not understand what is happening.

Menopause doesn't just affect your hormones. It can affect your gut too.

Hormonal changes can contribute to bloating, constipation and changes in appetite.
Stress and poor sleep can make these symptoms even worse.

You do not need a strict menopause diet.
Small, consistent lifestyle changes can have a real impact.

If this feels like you, or someone you know, contact me for a free RESET call and find out how you can manage your symptoms and perform at your best.
