Daniel Lowe’s Comp Recap

S: 155kg, 165kg, 175kg (+5kg PB)
B: 100kg, 112.5kg, 115kg
D: 195kg, 210kg, 215kg (+5kg PB)

505kg Total in his first comp @ U83kg.

9/9 and not a single red light for a totally flawless performance.

After watching his brother do well in his first comp with me a while back Dan wanted to get into the Powerlifting game 11 weeks ago.

At the time after dropping a lot of bodyweight from around 90kg to 83kg his lifts were quite a bit below his previous lifetime bests. Our goal was to beat to his bests he hit at 90kg BW as an 83kg lifter, do it to comp standard and secure a 500kg total.

Every single goal we set, we achieved and I couldn’t have asked anymore from Dan throughout the process.

The future is bright for him!

Dylan Grant ‘s insane 6 Week Progress 🤝

I won’t bother mentioning the weight lost the pictures speak for themselves

6 Weeks in and Dylan is in far better shape, less fat, more muscle, way more confident and the strongest he’s ever been

Taking close to his old 1RM PB’s for reps and sets consistently after just 1 block and on track to blow them out the water by telling them easy as we set our eyes on powerlifting comps next year

Using simple diet and training protocols to build his strength and change his physique all whilst still enjoying his life

With this only being 6 weeks and us working together long term I know he’s going to be a completely different person next year

Leaner, Stronger, Confident
