EXTRA CFB KIDS CLASSES FINALLY STARTING!!!

- Every Thursday (starting 18th September) 17:00-1745. £6 per class (paid monthly online).

Hi Everyone. We finally have a another class starting for Junior performers. As of Thursday 18th September we will be hosting weekly workouts for children aged 5-9. Classes will run from 1700 until 1745. This is open to boys and girls of all abilities. The first few months will run at a very smooth speed and focus purely on technique, confidence and team building.
The youngsters can expect to learn a huge amount of lifts, skills and movements to enhance physical and mental wellbeing; all whilst enjoying exercise in a fun and friendly environment. If you are interested, please comment below or message us directly and we will send full joining instructions.

Well done to the CFB Jnr Squad today!! Some fantastic progress being made over the summer. Keep up the hard work!!

On that note, we are looking to start another kids class on Thursday evenings 1700 until 1745. This will be aimed at boys and girls aged between 5 and 9. If you are interested, or know of anyone who may be interested, then please send us a message.

📢 Hi Everyone, we hope you have all had a good start to the summer. Just to let you know that we are hosting our second 'Foundation Block' (beginner course) for 2025 📢.

If you wish to try something new and seek a method of training that can help you find that balance of a healthy and active lifestyle, combined with the rush of day to day life then look no further. This type of training is sustainable and designed to help you become FIT FOR LIFE.
We are a local functional fitness gym with a friendly community of members and coahes within Bathgate. You will meet like minded people and learn from coaches who have been in the profession for more than 18 years.
The foundation block is an introduction to training with us and will help build the necessary skills and attributes to become a regular member and train with us on a weekly basis.

The course consists of 4 beginner tutorial classes all ran at a very smooth and relaxed speed (all abilities welcome). Each session is designed to introduce our training methods as well as teach the basics when performing some of our compound lifts, skills and movements. You will learn to lift weights safely and efficiently as well as learn a variety of other skills. The classes are conducted in a small group environment and ran at a very smooth/relaxed speed. They are LEARNING sessions and by no means an assessment of fitness; you have absolutely nothing to prove. It's all about moving safely and developing confidence and technique. Everything we do is scalable and there are varying options for every workout depending on your current capabilities. Let us help you!
