What happens when someone starts throwing punches?

Many people instinctively cover up and hope for the best. The problem is you're still taking shots.

In this drill, we work on closing the distance, controlling the attacking arm, establishing the clinch, and taking away their ability to keep striking.

Self-defence isn't about standing and trading punches.

It's about creating an opportunity to escape and get home safely.
