Sunday class is back on tomorrow at 12pm, it’s a good class for everyone but especially beginners as it’s the quietest most relaxed class of the week. I’ll be doing a class as usual geared more towards beginners but I’m also going to open it up for any of our more experienced students as an open Matt session to work on their own stuff.
