Congratulations to Catherine Dignan (Meadows) on winning the GC D level and to Runner Up Lin Bunten (Meadows). It was a very close finish and Catherine did very well to dig deep and played her best croquet to win. Also well done to Meadows players Mark Thompson and Geoff Parsons. We welcomed two new players from Auchincruive Lindsay McBain and Edith Cheung - this was their first ever tournament and they both took wins! Full results on Croquet Scores.

Congratulations to Balgreen member Eoin McCrossan on his win at the Meadows GC C level on 8 August. Eoin played some fantastic shots, loads of great hoop running and consistent play throughout - he took home the cup, a gold medal and some Prosecco! Congrats also to Jill Black (runner up/silver medalist) who gave Eoin a close run and was only beaten on net hoops. Four clubs were represented, many thanks to the Meadows players who turned out and to players who travelled to support this established ranking event. Full results on croquet scores. Thanks also to Captain Kenny Po***ck who has gone above and beyond this season to ensure Meadows continues to offer a wide variety of competitions and tournaments .
