Tanya Suki Style took a break from all things fashion this morning to step into something completely different with us — Qi Gong, cold water dipping, and a chat about all things life around the fire.

She’s been part of the Chi Dippers community for a few months now, and today marked her very first cold water dip… and what a moment it was. Plenty of laughs, a bit of bravery, and that unmistakable feeling of doing something a little out of the comfort zone.

Here I am at the Meeting of the Three Waters up in Glencoe, right up north — and honestly, it was one of the best days ever. 🥶🏔️

I wanted to share a realistic glimpse of what it’s actually like getting into the cold water. It’s definitely not all smooth and easy — there are stones, slippery rocks, freezing feet, and the occasional stubbed toe along the way 😅

But once you finally get in there… it’s 100% worth it.

While on my trip to Loch Awe, I spent time in nature today practicing the first stage of the Infinite Tai Chi form. Check out the first three moves I’ve been working on:

⚡️Raising the Chi energy
🦶Taking your elbows back to ground
⛅️Waving Hands at the Clouds.

Being surrounded by nature made me feel more connected on a deeper level. This is just the beginning, so keep an eye on my Instagram page so I can share the next 3 moves and you can simply follow along at home 🏠

Hi everyone! 👋

I’ll be back in Fife this Friday for my Qi gong class at Levenmouth Community Use. I run sessions on the last Friday of each month, and the schedule is available up until the end of August.

If you’d like to join, you’re very welcome - just drop me a message and I can add you to the WhatsApp community. I also run a quick poll each month to get an idea of numbers.

It’s a friendly, relaxed class, and I’d love to welcome some new faces. Hope to see you there!

When I build, when I teach Qi gong, and when I hold space for community - it all comes from the heart.

Every movement, slow and intentional, connected to the breath, is about helping you reconnect… back to your body, back to yourself. It’s about giving your mind permission to rest, and creating space to simply be.

This isn’t just practice - it’s connection. It’s strengthening community so you feel supported, grounded, and present again.

I love holding sessions indoors, but there’s something truly special about stepping outside into nature - feeling the wind on your skin, the air in your lungs, the warmth of fire, the flow of water, the grounding of the earth. Experiencing these elements as they are, not from behind walls.

I love my community, and I love showing up for you.

I’m so excited to connect with all of you tomorrow morning as we welcome the new season together. Let’s plant our seeds of intention for the rest of the year and embrace the fresh energy of spring. 🌱

We’ll flow through Qi Gong, enjoy an optional cold water dip, gather around the fire for a beautiful meditation, and complete our seed planting ceremony honouring growth, renewal, and the power of community.

I’ve been receiving so many messages lately asking if men can join my Chi Dippers Community too — and something really beautiful has become clear…

There’s a growing need for healing spaces not just for women, but for men too. 💛

So with that in mind, I’ve decided it’s time to evolve our Chi Dippers community into a Saturday morning space for both men and women.

🗓 Saturdays | 10:30am – 12:00pm

Here’s what the new format will look like:

✨ A mixed Qi Gong class (open to all)
🌊 An optional cold water dip
🧘‍♂️ Then we’ll gently split into separate men’s and women’s circles

The men’s circle will be held by me, and the women’s circle by the lovely Donna — creating safe, supportive spaces for meditation, reflection and honest check ins.

It feels like the right time. A new season. A new beginning. 🌱

So I’m putting it out there — if you’re a man who’s been feeling the call to join, this is your invitation. And to our wonderful women, I can’t wait to continue deepening this journey with you too.
