Flow FLOW delivers an innovative, cost effective approach to online learning for the hospitality industry.

Developed as a series of individual modules FLOW covers all the areas required to give staff an in depth understanding of the hospitality industry. Given that traditional ‘face to face’ staff training can be costly, time consuming and inconsistent, we have combined our experience and knowledge to create FLOW training as a pioneering alternative.

FLOW has been developed in association with Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd., an independent company with extensive knowledge of training for the UK licensed trade.This expertise has led to FLOW being formally accredited by the National Skills Academy (NSA) and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality and SQA
