A HUGE well done to the entire MPOWER team after a fantastic day at the 2026 Highland Tang Soo Do Championships in Alness 🥋
I’m so proud of everyone. The effort, determination and fighting spirit they brought to their own challenges and the way they supported each other through the nerves, victories and disappointments on the day is what I’ll remember as their biggest win 🙏
Every single team member came home with a medal in at least one of their categories which was amazing and I’m so delighted for them all.
