I’m opening 5 places this month for busy working adults in South Edinburgh (Newington, Liberton & Gilmerton) who want to spend the next 30 days rebuilding consistent strength and getting back in control.

A few years ago I ran a lot of short-term challenges.

They worked.

People got stronger.

They dropped weight.

They built momentum.

But over time I realised something.

Starting is easy.

Sustaining is harder.

For busy adults with careers, families and responsibility, fitness only sticks when it’s built on standards — not intensity.

Not dramatic resets.

Just disciplined training.

The problem isn’t motivation.
It’s self-belief.

I see this a lot with people training around South Edinburgh.

Good people. Capable people.

People who want to feel stronger, healthier, more confident — but don’t quite trust themselves enough to commit fully.

It’s not laziness.
It’s not a lack of information.

It’s that quiet thought in the background:
“This probably won’t work for me anyway.”

So the cycle repeats:
* You start with good intentions
* You miss a few sessions
* Momentum fades
* You tell yourself you’ll try again when life calms down

And before you know it, another year passes.

But it doesn’t have to end that way.
