So, the clocks have changed and the nights are growing in, but you can keep your mood sunny with these 3 tips! ☀️❄️

1. Vitamin D Boost ☀️: Get some sunlight when you can. Vitamin D from sunlight can improve mood, so take a walk during daylight hours. Especially important if you’re working from home - get outside for 10 minutes every day before midday. In the UK we don’t get enough Vitamin D from sunlight so consider a supplement.

2. Nutrient-Rich Foods 🥦🍊: Eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies. Nutrient-rich foods provide energy and can combat the winter blues.

Spartan London South East to finish the season off, and wow what a weekend!
🟢 Spear Throw ❌ Multirig ❌ sooooo close on that multirig! First time nailing Olympus so was buzzing at that!
🔵 Spear Throw ❌ Olympus ❌ Ran out of energy in my arms… Nailed the multirig though!!! 💪
🔴 Spear Throw ❌ Multirig ❌ Tore out both hands on that last rig attempt ……
The weather was amazing, the company was chilled. This year was my first time stepping up to age group and I have to say I’ve enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
The Season pass is already in place for next year but for now I’m happy the season is over.
Time to heal. Time to build the foundations for next year.
Time to learn, that qualification won’t learn itself. Time to bring .fit to Scotland. Watch this space! AROO!

In a week of celebrating client PB’s, it only seems right to celebrate and her progress!
Friday saw her start her session at 05:45, and on week 2 of her new program we had PB’s in deadlifts, single arm pull downs and sumo squats! 💪💪💪
What impresses me most about Trina is her positive attitude, her dedication and consistency. She’s willing to give everything a go and is always supportive of others.
She rocked the Happy AF Legend Award back in January due to her total commitment to her own step challenge and I always look forward to our sessions!
