Congratulations to Cerys and Rowan, part of the winning Scottish team in Ireland today. Rowan was a brilliant 2nd 🥈 in the u20 men and Cerys was 9th in the u18 women.

We are gauging interest for the Scottish Athletics Indoor League, which takes place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to compete at one of the UK's premier indoor facilities!

There is a cost of £90 per age group/team for the club. If we have insufficient sign-ups for a particular age group, we may need to withdraw that group from the competition. The eligible age groups are U12 to U18, for athletes born between 2010 and 2017.

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭'𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Please note that registration starts at 5pm with 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝟲𝗽𝗺.

The current weather forecast is for a partially rainy day but (hopefully) dry in the evening, this is changing frequently so please prepare for all conditions and keep your fingers crossed for a dry evening.

Teas, coffees, soft drinks, water and snacks will be on sale for athletes and spectators from the refreshments tent. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆.

Our Club Competition takes place on Monday 31st August from 6pm to 9pm for athletes Under 18 and below.

Please get your entries in as soon as possible so that we can gauge interest in the competition. If there insufficient numbers competing, we may have to cancel the event.

This event is only held once a year so it would be good if athletes make an effort to take part even if they normally have other activities on a Monday. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the competition.

We are also planning to have a handicapped 400m and 110m race for athletes U20 and above. Please let Keith know if you wish to take part.

Any parents who are able to help out on the night, please also get in touch with Ruth. Putting an event on like this does require lots of volunteers - many hands make light work!
