Friday Reminder..

I know a lot of ladies are already thinking:

"I'll be good next week."

But real progress isn't built between Monday and Friday.

It's built over weekends too.

Not through restriction.
Not through punishment.
Not through saying no to every social event.

It's built by making small choices consistently.

Going for a walk.
Getting some fresh air.
Moving your body.
Choosing balance over perfection.

Because the goal isn't to be perfect for 5 days and then write off the other 2.

The goal is to build a lifestyle you can actually enjoy.

That's where lasting results come from.

So, instead of focusing on being "good" this weekend, ask yourself:

"I'm the strongest I've ever been before turning 50."

That's exactly what Rachael achieved. 💪

Having worked with a previous PT, Rachael already had a good understanding of strength training and gym equipment. She wanted that extra push, structure, and accountability to take her strength to the next level before hitting 50.

And the results speak for themselves...

🔥 100kg Barbell Glute Bridge

Pretty impressive, right? 🤯

You don't have to do it alone ❤️

One of the things that's most important to me as a coach is getting to know my clients beyond the gym floor.

Of course, I want to help women lose weight, get stronger, and feel more confident, but I also know that lasting results come from having the right support around you.

For me, personal training is about so much more than the sessions themselves.

It's about building relationships, understanding the challenges my clients face, celebrating their wins, supporting them through the difficult weeks, and creating an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.

That's why I love bringing my clients together outside the gym too.

It's a chance to relax, have a laugh, share experiences, and spend time with like-minded women who understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and looking after themselves.

Over the years I've seen so many friendships form through our community, and it's one of the things I'm most proud of.

6 weeks. Nearly half a stone down.

This is what my client Louise achieved in just 6 weeks.

No quick fixes.
No fad diets.
No cutting out all the foods she enjoys.

Instead, we focused on building a simple structure that worked around her busy life.

Together we focused on 3 key areas:

✅ Better nutrition – simple, time-saving meals while still enjoying the foods she loves.

✅ Strength training and movement – building lean muscle, reducing body fat, and increasing daily activity.

✅ Mindset – helping Louise build confidence and overcome the barriers that had held her back in the past.

The result?

➡️ Bodyweight: 74.3kg ➡️ 71.5kg (-2.8kg / nearly half a stone!)

A little reminder that success rarely happens overnight.

These photos tell a story.

The old notebooks from 2019 when I planned every session by hand.

The qualifications I saved for and invested in.

The long hours, self-doubt, setbacks and hard graft of building something from the ground up.

For the last 8 years, I’ve worked hard to become a better coach — learning not only about fitness and nutrition, but also how exercise impacts confidence, mental health and everyday life.

I’ve coached over 100 people, helped women feel stronger in their bodies, supported clients through difficult periods in life and watched confidence grow week by week.

Some clients have been with me for years, and honestly, that means more to me than anything.

I’m far from perfect and I’m still learning every day, but one thing I’ll always promise is this:

I genuinely care.
