“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” - Albert Einstein

We all go into the new year with resolutions that are important to us. So don’t set yourself up for failure by putting too much pressure on yourself.

Instead, set small achievable goals. It might be getting outside for some fresh air and increasing your steps, or simply spending more time with the family! 👨‍👩‍👧

Mines is to be more present, build a balance between work and personal life and try not to be a perfectionist, life is full of twists and turns! ⚖️

You can’t control everything so just be happy! Life’s too short to not enjoy the little things 🥰

I want to help you create opportunities for yourself to thrive! 🔥

This full body workout can be done with the resistance bands or even bodyweight for a good sweat 😅

Finally got myself a kettlebell 😍
I was so excited to pick up it up! (And actually have to go somewhere 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣)
I feel it adds that extra intensity to my workouts 💪🏼
Opted for a 12kg which is quite versatile... and it was the only one left in stock 🙄
If you’re lucky enough to have a kettlebell at home, watch out for some awesome workouts coming up 👊🏼

The journey to achieving your goals is by no means easy, there will be setbacks and obstacles along the way
But that’s also what makes it worth it
This is undoubtedly a tough time with lots of uncertainty about the future and patience is more important now than ever before
Your previous goals have taken a back seat and that’s okay
Set some new ones, prioritising your health and wellbeing, your work-life balance or a different aspect of fitness
