CLIENT RESULTS 💪💥
Dom came to me looking to improve his strength, general fitness and overall body composition,
Over the last 6 months his body fat has dropped massively, muscle mass has increased and overall strength and fitness is improving each week,
We train together 1-1 twice a week, outside of our session Dom will include another two sessions on his own,
Through resistance training and building up his overall strength, his lifts have tripled from where he started
He now has a good understanding of healthy choices with his nutrition and understands how to eat well while not being restricted on his food choices,
Looking forward to seeing his progress in the next 6 months 💪
