We had another successful squad day yesterday, the day was filled with laughter, energy and great camaraderie.
Sessions focused on bow fitness, individual training goals, H2H matches and team practice.
There was also plenty of technique adjustments to take away and practise
back at individual's clubs.

Calling all Eastern Area clubs!
We are looking for a club with a suitable venue to host our Eastern Area Outdoor Championships as a UKRS, if possible on 12th or 13th September 2026.
If we are unable to find a club to run the championships, unfortunately this means they will not go ahead this year.
We need a quick decision on this so if you think you can help, please email [email protected] by Friday 26th June 2026.
