Fitness Enthusiast 🏋️‍♂️ Now, don’t get me wrong, staying motivated can be tough, even for someone like me!

Hey there, I’m Harry, your friendly neighbourhood personal trainer! 🏋️‍♂️ Let me tell you a bit about myself—I’ve always been passionate about fitness and staying active. With a degree in sports science and a background as a Physical Education teacher, I've been immersed in the world of health and wellness for years. But hey, that's part of the journey, right? Despite the ups and downs, I’ve always made it a priority to keep moving and stay healthy. So, how did I end up here, you ask? Well, let me tell you. Teaching was great, but the stress and anxiety were real. That's when I discovered the incredible impact that exercise can have on both the body and mind. It was a game-changer for me, and I knew I had to share that with others. That's why I became a personal trainer and fitness coach. I wanted to help people like you overcome their own challenges and become the best version of themselves. Whether you're looking to shed some pounds, gain muscle, or just feel better overall, I’ve got your back. With my personalised approach and endless enthusiasm, I'm here to cheer you on every step of the way. Together, we'll crush those fitness goals and have a blast doing it! So, what are you waiting for? Let's get moving and make some magic happen! 💪🌟

HYROX Glasgow smashed (or maybe it smashed me) in 1:16! 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Big shoutout to my brother for keeping me alive—barely. A humbling reminder that being a casual runner doesn’t mean you casually survive this. Already signing up for the next one because apparently, I enjoy suffering. 😂💪

What a way to wrap up 2024—the last 10k of the year done and dusted, and it felt amazing! There’s just something about crossing that finish line that never gets old.

Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year: HYROX is on the calendar, a couple of 10ks to keep things interesting, and another half marathon (or two!). It’s going to be all about pushing limits, trying new challenges, and probably asking myself why did I sign up for this? at least once.

Here’s to another year of finish lines, training highs (and lows), and maybe even learning to foam roll properly. Big shout out to for essentially doing every race with me and for agreeing to Hyrox lol. Let’s make it a good one!

🌟 Life Update 🌟

The past few months have been a whirlwind, and I’m finally catching my breath (pun intended)! 🏃‍♀️💨

First up, Paris Olympics! 🇫🇷✨ Had the absolute privilege of experiencing the magic in person (as a spectator, not an athlete—but who’s counting?). The energy, the talent, and the city... unforgettable!

Back home, I joined a run club, and it's been a game-changer. It’s amazing how much faster and further you can go with a community cheering you on. 💪

Speaking of running, I tackled the Great Scottish Run! 🏴 Such an incredible event, and crossing that finish line felt like a huge win. 🏅

Now, I’m focusing on building strength because, let’s be real, running can be tough on the hips and knees. 🦵 Strength training is the new priority to keep injuries at bay and stay on the move.

Here’s to new adventures, stronger strides, and (hopefully) pain-free miles ahead! 🏋️‍♀️💥

A summer full of adventures and relaxing 😎

Finished the holidays off with a netball tournament in England. Lasted two matches before getting injured, highlighting my ageing body.

Paris was a big highlight and inspiring seeing all the Olympic athletes!

My road to recovery has been going well. Back running which is excellent as I have the great Scottish run very soon.. first half marathon so we will see how it goes!
