💪 25+ Years in the Fitness Industry 💪
Over the past 25 years as a Personal Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible variety of people — from British athletes pushing their limits to corporate professionals striving to balance fitness with busy lives.

I’ve witnessed fitness trends come and go, quick fixes fade, and the “next big thing” arrive year after year… but one thing has always remained the same: the power of consistency, proper guidance, and sustainable habits.
For over 15 years, I’ve also had the honor of teaching Les Mills programs, helping countless people discover the joy of movement and the strength they didn’t know they had.
Every client, every class, and every challenge has reinforced my belief that fitness isn’t just about how you look — it’s about how you feel, how you show up in life, and the confidence you carry with you.
