There was lots of cardio on Tuesday night, including what felt like a million kicks 🤪😂 we also worked on our abs ALOT, helping us get toned and fit 🔥

Recently there has been an influx of new faces and we absolutely LOVE to see it! We love that you trust us on your fitness journey and we love to see each and every one of you progress week on week 🥹

We hear the word ‘motivation’ a lot but the truth is very few people are motivated all the time. Motivation gets you started however DISCIPLINE keeps you going 💪

Motivation is the spark ⚡️: you feel hyped, energized, ready to crush a workout.
Discipline is the habit 🔑 : you show up even when the spark is gone.

Train with discipline, turn up on the darker days and you will get the results that you’re dreaming of 💖

Our ((BOUNCE)) BABES from Tuesdays class 🤩!

Each and every one of you should be SUPER PROUD of showing up for yourselves and coming to class 💪

The hardest part of class is turning up each week but we LOVE those endorphin SMILES at the end of class 😁 burning 700* calories couldn’t be more fun 🤪🔥

((BOUNCE)) can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster at times but we promise it always ends on a HIGH 😁

Doing a trampoline based workout for the first time can be daunting but I promise you will be absolutely fine!

Moves can be tailored to your fitness level and can be done at a lower intensity until you build the trust needed to know you won’t fall off - your core is stronger than you think 🤍

Your instructor will always try to push you to make sure you get the best workout so you may not like us at times 😂 but you’ll absolutely love us and the results at the end of it ✨

We then finish a Tuesday with a fun cardio ((BOUNCE)) class: burning LOTS of calories 🔥

Whether you’re a regular attendee or are completely new to weights/cardio, we will always explain everything clearly and you can take it at your own pace each week 🤍
