⚽World Cup fever has reached the gym! ⚽

Excitement is building ahead of Scotland's next big game on Friday, and the were only too happy to oblige with a bit of the nonsense after another tough session in the wee hut last night. 😄💪

That's one of the reasons these girls are such a great group. They work hard, have a laugh, don't take themselves too seriously, and always bring a bit of fun to the gym.

We'll be cheering Scotland on all the way from Lochend as the Tartan Army continues its World Cup adventure. 🇸🇨⚽

We noticed a few folk weren't too happy about Scotland getting a Bank Holiday... 🤔

Don't worry, we did our bit for the nation. 😇

While some were busy arguing on Facebook about whether we deserved a day off, the Lochend ladies were busy burning calories, throwing punches and working up a proper sweat. 😂🥊
