Little Tiger Cubs is the fun and safe fitness and martial art training programme for children aged 3

The 'Little Tiger Cubs' programme is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength, and the coordination of eye, hand and foot. Through this development, each child should find greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

AINSLIE PARK SUMMER CLOSURE 🌞

Please note that Ainslie Park LTC and TKD classes will be closed from Wednesday 16th July to 30th July.
Classes return on 6th August.

As Holy Rood HS is now closed for summer, classes will be held instead at PORTOBELLO HS 6pm on the following dates:

Friday 27th June to 18th July.
