So, we’re celebrating all week with a “Howdy Hustle” theme…and I cannot wait!! 🤠

Dust off those boots, dig out that hat and come join me at class for a rootin’-tootin’ good time!!

There will be great tunes, yummy treats and plenty of fun at our Wild West party..

Firstly, a new month brings a fresh new playlist for us…I’ve got a few already chosen for us, but as always, I would love you input ladies: so send me your track requests 🎵

Huge welcome to the Hustle fam to our 4 new faces from last week, it’s been wonderful meeting you all and having you join the fun 🎉

Lastly…we have our brand new Hustle Minis class starting this Friday! Yay..I cannot wait to welcome you and your mini along for a morning of music and dance 💜

Last night saw the return of Highland Hustle with Frankie after our short summer break ☀️

And my goodness, am I feeling it today!! 🥵

It was hot, sweaty and such a toughie in that heat…but I absolutely loved being back and having a laugh with our Hustle ladies again!

Thank you to those that joined me..I hope you loved our brand new warm up and our pick n mix playlist!! 💜

Looking forward to Saturday, even if my body isn’t!

I’m so excited to introduce to you all our newest Hustle session: 💜 Hustle Minis 💜
Yes, a carefully designed Scottish fitness class for both you and your wee one, a session suitable for the whole family! 👶🏼🎶

Being a mum of 3 myself, I understand how tricky it is to try squeeze in some me-time to workout! At Hustle Minis, we welcome all under 5’s to join us for the fun..with an area set up for your tot to play and chill out, it gives us grown ups the chance to work up a sweat to some great tunes and have a giggle!
Routines are suitable for little legs too for those looking to burn off that never ending toddler energy 😜

Hustle Minis is the perfect mix of music, movement and quality time - all with a wee Scottish twist 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
