With a BSc in Sport Science, a diploma in Swedish Massage, and experience as a professional squash player and elite coach, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for helping people move and feel better.

Claire offers massage therapy to help reduce muscle tension, ease aches and pains, support recovery, and promote overall wellbeing.
