Fight Night - well done everyone who took part on Saturday - it takes a lot to step on the mat and test yourself and win or lose I am proud of you all.

Thank you to everyone who supported the event - fighters, officials, coaches and of course everyone who came to watch and support the fighters.

This is the first one we have ran for a while (since Covid) and are always looking to improve things with a view to improving the experience for everybody.

Grading success!! ๐Ÿฅ‹

Congratulations to our new crop of Black Belts! I was delighted to award our newest black belts at tonights class following the weekends grading down in Daventry.

These students have been training with us now from between 4 and 13 years and each and every one have worked really hard to get where they are today.

Special mention goes to our young Oli Lee who accumulated the most points throughout the grading and won the best in black belt grading award for the whole of Scotland! ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ well done Oli!!
