Coeliac is a hidden illness. Please spare a minute and watch. I have been diagnosed with coeliac nearly 12 years ago. And when get accidentally gluten I suffer from horrible pains, bloating, sickness, migraines, tiredness, brain fog, anxiety and loads more. I may get all sort of cancers, suffer from miscarriages or get other autoimmune disease if I am not careful. I often don’t get taken seriously especially when eating out. Although it’s getting better, there is still not enough understanding for us. Please if you are not coeliac don’t make yourself to be one and then order food that may contain gluten for example chips that are fried in the same frier with other gluten containing food. It makes really hard for us as a trace of gluten can really hurt me and destroy my body.
