I’m an O.G Scot, Dolly devotee, Rod Stewart fanatic, believer in magic, meditator, coach, celebrant, Reiki therapist, breathwork facilitator, activist, speaker, facilitator, witch, human. I have devoted my life to causes I believe in and am passionate about raising consciousness and making a positive difference in the world. I believe with a positive shift in mindset, we can create new worlds, new lives, new ways of being, new rituals, rites of passage and ways of celebrating. My intention has always been to connect more meaningfully with myself and those around me, and help others to do the same. I have a unique blend of skills and experience that lets me serve each of my clients as true individuals, offering a genuinely personalised, tailored approach based on listening and focused action, with a big old sprinkling of the magical and mystical! My unique approach comes from my own personal life experiences and lessons. I have been lucky enough to work with some of the worlds best teachers, healers, coaches and mentors, studying Buddhism, meditation & mindfulness, neuroscience and energy work. As a result, my world-view and approach to everything I do is rooted in this wisdom, and the core belief that we can create our own lives. As well as a professional celebrant and transformational life coach, I am a qualified meditation & mindfulness instructor, breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner - so I truly believe in the transformative power of mindfulness, compassion, ritual and spiritual practices. Whether I am working with you to help you reach your personal and professional goals, holding space for you so we can plan a loved ones funeral (or your own) or planning the wedding ceremony you have dreamed of, I am fully there for you in any capacity you need.
