Mark has trained with me for two years. He’s really struggled with putting on weight but with strength training twice a week and plenty of tips on adding little bits of food here and there to help build his calories he’s come a long way. It’s all been a slow build from 62kg to 73kg BUT His posture is better, his confidence is better in the gym and his strength is way better.

He’s sadly moving back to London but he’s in great shape to work on the next steps solo. He’ll keep in touch through messaging which all my past clients have access to so hopefully I’ll get to see the journey continue.

My teams .2026 did me proud tonight.

I had to leave early for personal reasons but these guys smashed it out of the park regardless!!

Congratulations to the most fantastic teams I could have taken over to Glasgow this year. .way .baelfire and and Louie you should all be extremely proud tonight.
