Why hire a coach? πŸ€” ⬇️

Can you relate to any of this?

➑️ You have no motivation to go to the gym, so you find ways to talk yourself out of doing it.

➑️ You make a good start! You feel positive, this is it! You're finally going to smash it πŸ‘Š then a week or two later, your foots so far off the gas you've sold the car to We Buy Any Car...

➑️ You want to achieve 'X' goal, but you don't have a clue where to start with it. So you find yourself endlessly scrolling through Google, Instagram, or Tik Tok to find a solution that makes sense to you, and then you don't even do it.

➑️ You find comfort in not chasing your goal because some of your friends are in the same boat as you, so you convince yourself that it's okay to give in as it's "too hard"?

These are just a handful of things that I personally experienced over my 13 year training career.

If I could roll back the clock, my money wouldn't have been invested in nightclubs, Nandos & bullπŸ’© supplements that claimed to work wonders.

I'd have hired a trainer. 100%

Why?

Because right now, who knows where I could have been in life...

I'd probably still be sitting in Starbucks whilst the wee man gets his morning kip πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

But in my life, my business, I could be so much further ahead!

The value of working with a mentor who has more knowledge and experience than you is priceless. πŸ’°

You hire a coach to elevate you as a person and to enhance your experience. πŸ’―

This is why I personally invest hundreds of Β£ each month into my business and self-development πŸ’‘

People pay ridiculous amounts on fake additions that don't change who they are! T**s, teeth, hair, tan, cars, shoes...

Why wouldn't you invest anything in developing your CHARACTER? Who you are, the habits that make you YOU?

The gang has JUST finished the 12-week STRONG programme, with a strength test coming this week πŸ’ͺ

On the 29th of this month, we kick off the WLC Ultimate Conditioning Programme! πŸ‹β€β™€οΈ

I'm excited to launch this with the team πŸ™Œ

It's a new and exciting style training for everybody in the club

Make sure you have the right keys on your chain, or you'll struggle to get any doors to open

Let's pretend that analogy made sense

πŸ‘‰Going to the gym without a plan of action is like driving across the country without a map or GPS to guide you down the right road.

πŸ‘‰Having no action plan to back up your training is like having no clue what potential diversions or stop off points for fuel & food are on your route across the country.

πŸ‘‰Having no drive, determination, or inspiration to stick to your training & follow the plan is like attempting to drive for the next 8-10 hours when you can't be bothered, feel tired, and don't really have a purpose to even make the journey.

I hope that made sense...

The worst thing you can do when you feel this way is the easiest thing you could do, give up.

Don't do that 🀚

Don't undo all your work.

I've lost my motivation for everything at some point. As humans, we have highs and lows, ups and downs.

The difference between those who succeed and those who fail is that the ones who succeed didn't give up when everything felt like it was falling apart or slipping away.

If you've lost your motivation, ask yourself these questions:

πŸ‘‰ What's making me feel like I can't do this anymore?
πŸ‘‰ What happens if I give up now?
πŸ‘‰ Is there anything I haven't tried yet that I could try?
πŸ‘‰ Of the things I have tried, did I really commit myself to it?
πŸ‘‰ Should I ask someone for help?

There's absolutely no shame in FEELING defeated.

Sometimes, that's where the best in you comes out.

Maybe you need to dig a little deeper to rediscover your inspiration?

HOW TO SQUAT πŸ‘‡

Give this video a watch if you're not confident about your squatting technique.

When I first started at the gym, I would completely avoid squats.

Didn't want anything to do with them, I knew my form was disgusting

I had the range of motion of a tree 🌳 πŸ˜…

But with enough practice using lighter weights and accessory exercises to improve my weak areas, I feel like an absolute machine when I squat.

I can get my ass so close to the grass I'm planting seeds!

That sounds quite disturbing when I read it... but I'm rolling with it πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
