The Evolve Step challenge is back!!

For the month of August, we put the parks up against each other in a competition to get the most steps!

And the park that came on top was Newcraighall!!

They averaged over 400,000 steps per person across the month🫨

This was created as a little bit of friendly competition, but it also has got people out moving more intentionally & out walking together so that is the biggest win for us🥳

Well done to everyone who took part & gave it their best!

The competition is on for the next one🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

On Saturday we had our fitness classes 3rd birthday celebrations, which 35 of our lovely members came to (!!!)

We haven’t had much time to reflect on just how amazing the growth has been to the classes, not just having 35 people celebrate 3 years

Everyone who show up every week, recommends us to friends & family and supports the Evolve brand with pride💜

A handful of our members have been with us from the very first day! They’ve been with us through it all (the trenches) small numbers, cancelled classes & many mistakes🫣

Each of us running 2 brand new businesses was crazy but thanks to all our OGs, who I think believed in us more than we believed in ourselves at times, we have made it!!

And along the way we’ve welcomed many more to the team, they trusted us, slotted right in & are now forever part of the family🫂

Evolve to us, has never been “work”. It has been about helping individuals push their limits while building a community they can be proud to be apart of. Something we can be proud of!!!
