Tough Mothers A fitness class for mums with the added bonus of bringing along your little ones. Hi I'm Sonia. I'm very passionate about fitness.

I'm a mum of four and a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor. I want to use my qualifications to set up exercise classes for mums in the community with the added bonus of bringing their little ones along. Being a busy mum myself and wanting to get back into some form of fitness I understand the lack of childcare while doing this. I remember when I was a young mum of 2 in my 20's and wanti

ng to go to the gym but there was a lack of childcare facilities which I found very frustrating and thinking then that I wish there was a class I could bring my little ones. Some years later, while pregnant with my fourth child I decided to bite the bullet and get my fitness qualifications to set up my own fitness classes where mums can come and exercise without the stress of worrying about childcare. I love how it makes you feel, not just physically but mentally. I want to empower women to feel good about themselves. Come along and let's get fit, get healthy and stay sane together.
