Deadlift Form Tip

Your deadlift technique is always going to be unique to you but try these two suggestions next time you deadlift.

- imagine if you drew a line from the crease of your hips. Now get this line to meet the half way point on your arm from elbow to shoulder.

- shoulder/armpit inline with barbell before beginning the movement

These two form suggestions more often than not get people to a suitable hip height for their deadlift putting them in a better suited position to perform the movement. 👍
