If weight training was a medicine every human on earth would take it
So why does every human not weight train?
1) People truly don’t understand how beneficial it is to
2) It requires effort
It’s that simple
The thing is, when you learn how to integrate weight training into your life (easier than you think) you can see the benefits with as little as 1-2 hours per week
It doesn’t have to be complicated. The more simple@it is, the easier it is to stick to.
