These crazy bunch braved the snow and ice for a fab Farmworx session this evening. Post-exhaust supersets in teams. Compound exercises to recruit more muscle fibres and rev up that metabolism and then once the muscle is fatigued, challenge it with an isolation exercise and feel the burn. Added a bit of HIIT for cardio conditioning and finished with core workout to strengthen abs and hip stabilisers. Great for runners! Max heart rate of group 192 bpm. Wow!
