Can you feel the shift? Are you craving something more intentional? Seasons change, we ebb and flow but our consistent practices are what bring us back to who we are every single time.
You won't be surprised to hear that Pilates is one of my practices and has been now for over a decade. I know I can lean into my Pilates practice whenever I need it and it will help me feel grounded. It's one of my anchors for both mind and body.
My practice has changed over the years and as many of you know my classes now always include a little check in, deep breaths and a calming meditation. We still focus on the key principles of Pilates, challenge and progress but the emphasis is on feeling good and creating time to return to ourselves.
I wanted to create an online offering that mirrored these classes. So introducing our RESET sessions. Join me on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm for 45 minutes of feel good movement, breathwork and mindful meditation.
