Mental rest/reset
Take time away from your studies and give your brain a rest!📖

Socialise
Talk to your dance friends who are probably feeling the same stress. Share study tips and tricks, and most importantly have a laugh!👭

De-stress
Dance has been proven to be a highly effective way to help manage stress!💃

Stay in routine
Being on exam leave can throw you out of routine...Attending dance classes can help you keep some normality at this time!📅
