We are hosting our 2nd Open Session of the pre-season.

Open to all players who are looking to shake the rust off before the season starts and who want to get a feel what ALBA is about. Please fill in the form in our bio to sign up so we can gauge numbers.

We are starting a new initiative, Alba's Young Bucks. As Alba continues to improve we need to continue to develop young talent in Scotland.

This initiative gives young players the opportunity to come and train with Alba at an earlier stage in their development than they might usually. By inviting younger players to train with us we hope they will develop to become valuable members of the team in a couple of years. We are aware that we don't want to detract from other clubs in Scotland so would still encourage anyone on the initiative to play with their local team as initially they might not get as much game time with Alba.

Who does this apply to? - Players with less than 4 years experience and/or U24 players. Though we could make exceptions in special circumstances.

How do I apply? - Just sign up through our EOI form. We will then chat with anyone we are considering during the trialling process.

Why should I sign up? - A great opportunity to play with the best players in Scotland and hopefully improve loads as a player.

Alba is doing Movember!

On Saturday we are going to run 565km in 24 hours to represent the 565 male suicides in Scotland last year.

It will be gruelling for the boys, but it's nothing compared to the suffering that people with mental illness go through everyday.
