Life Update👇

1️⃣ I left the gym I worked from to take my personal training business fully online (that was crazy for me to type).

All my in person clients over the years have been absolute superstars. It’s been an emotional time saying goodbye to everyone who’s continuing their journey solo, but I’m trusting my gut with this and will make it work no matter what.

2️⃣ I hired a mindset coach so my clients can receive a more comprehensive service 💯

All these materials are launching in October. It’s the same person who took me through clinical hypnosis 5 years ago and got my life back on track. I’m grateful to be able to share his expertise with the people that I coach.

3️⃣ I’m going to travel a lot more 💼

This doesn’t mean taking the foot off the gas with the work I do. If anything I’m doubling down on my efforts to make a difference in this industry. It just means changing my environment which will help me grow.

👉This has been the craziest 365 days of my life and you’ll see why in the future content that I share.

Did you know it’s less than 3 months till summer? ☀️

This is the time where a lot of people want to get into shape because they want their “summer body” for “taps aff” weather.

Having a deadline can create urgency, which boosts motivation, however it can also lead to anxiety because there’s so much uncertainty in terms of how to get there.

Please understand that it’s common to feel overwhelmed at any stage in your fitness journey but especially if you’re just starting out.

Having a coach takes the guesswork out of the equation so you have a crystal clear path towards your goal.

My online client Chris is a perfect example of this.

As you can see from his comparison photos, he is significantly leaner and has more muscle on his body.

The scales tell another story though..
-
Between these two pictures there is less than 1kg difference.
-
Yes, just 1kg. That’s it.
-
This is why I’m so big on taking progress pictures and documenting body measurements as well as noting how you feel mentally.
-
Because the number on the scale is only one piece of data.
-
And that’s all it is.
-
Data

The more data we have the more accurate changes we can make to a client’s training+nutrition plan.

Lack of PATIENCE.
-
No-one really talks about it because it’s something that doesn’t sound very appealing when it comes to fitness.
-
It’s understandable, as humans when we want something we want it NOW.
-
When you get told you need to wait for something it causes frustration which results in seeking a fast-track solution to your goal.
-
Truth is there is no “fast track”.
-
Don’t get me wrong, you can optimise your training, nutrition and recovery to make progress as fast as possible, but it’s not going to give you results overnight.
-
That’s one reason why I love fitness, you can’t cheat it.
-
You either did the work or you didn’t.
-

Been coaching Euan Online for the last 9 months and we’ve made some incredible progress.
